Answer 01
A one page site usually takes two to three weeks, a company website four to six. What normally slows things down is not the code, it is waiting for copy and photos from you.
Answer 02
It works best when you write and I edit and arrange it, because you know your clients better than I do. If you have no time, I will write the first draft after our talk and add it to the quote.
Answer 03
Yes, if that is what you want. On simple sites it is usually faster to message me, on larger ones I connect a panel where you click the changes yourself.
Answer 04
I do not quote figures upfront, because the price depends on how many subpages there are, how much material you already have and whether you want to edit content yourself. After we talk you get a firm figure in writing and it does not change.
Answer 05
I do everything that is on my side: fast loading, proper descriptions, a sitemap and clean heading structure. Where you land also depends on your content and your competition, so nobody honest promises a position upfront.
Answer 06
Half after you approve the design and the mockup, the other half once the final files are handed over. Contract and invoice.
